Description
Villa La Querce is a large property in the heart of Chianti, just 20 minutes from Florence, Tuscany. The villa is on 3 levels and offers elegant and comfortable accommodation: 7 large bedrooms, all with air conditioning, 5 of which with en-suite bathrooms, 3 spacious living rooms, a great hall with fireplace, large private park with private swimming pool, a grand piano and a small fitness room with sauna. The estates produces red wines and extra-vergin olive oil and the guests of the villa can enjoy a complimentary tour and tasting in the cellar. The closest town to the villa is Impruneta, famous in the world for the production of terra-cotta but also for its wine festival.

“Incredible villa!!”
My family, along with 8 other friends(12 in all), stayed at this wonderful villa for a week and I would highly recommend it. The villa was lovely, the rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and the staff was courteous and attentive. Domitilla went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and her recommendations were all spot on. The wines and the meals were excellent and the kids enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. It was hard to leave this gorgeous villa. Many thanks to Domitilla and her staff for a wonderful stay.

“Perfect Tuscan villa experience”
We loved our stay at Villa La Querce. The villa and grounds were beautiful, spacious, calm and perfectly clean. The pool area was very clean and had plenty of lounge chairs. The location is convenient to Florence, with a bus stop about a 5 minute walk from the villa. The walk to nearby Impruneta was 20 minutes. Domatilla was easy to communicate with before and during our visit. She was extremely helpful to our large group by sourcing groceries for us throughout the week, which allowed us to have a pleasant stay in spite of our being without any cars. We'd love to return to the villa. Our group of 12 all enjoyed our visit there, and we never felt crowded inside or out.

“The perfect spring holiday”
We are absolutely in love with Villa la Querce--inviting, comfortable, with a touch of grandeur, it is the perfect place to spend a relaxing time with family and friends. The grounds, covered in olive trees, grape vines, and pots of flowers, are beautiful.. We wake every morning to the sound of birdsong and watch the swallows in the evenings. The house is extremely comfortable, affording great privacy even when with large groups of people. The staff is attentive and discreet, and problems are dealt with promptly. Being only 30 minutes away from the center of Florence lets one have the best of both worlds--city and country. Grocery shopping in nearby Impruneta is easy as pie and it's wonderful to come back to the villa after a day in Florence. We have been so comfortable and happy here we are ready to move in.
