Description

Chase Lodge is a 3 bedroom detached bungalow with amazing views over the Warwickshire countryside and Kenilworth Castle.

There is a lovely spacious master bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room.  There are two additional single bedrooms which share a family shower room.

The remaining living space comprises a large living room with patio doors to the garden and a kitchen / diner.  All the living accommodation is located on a single level.

There is a large garden with two patio areas looking across the fields to Kenilworth Castle and a large lawn area. There is also plenty of parking

The fixtures and fittings in Chase Lodge  are of a high standard and there are many items included to make your stay as comfortable as possible

There is free wifi available mobile phone reception is good.

Our changeover days for week stays are Friday but if you would like to book for a short break (winter only) then please enquire and we will try to fit you in.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
