Upon booking we email a sheet of 'Additional Information' that lists suggestions from things to do to places to eat. We greet every guest personally and show them around their property and give them an induction of how the pool works. Someone is usually on site should there be any questions during your stay but we aim to leave you to enjoy the cottage, facilities and idyllic surroundings in peace.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
