Description

This modern, very spacious, self-contained stable block covers 580 sq ft and is all on one floor. It is equipped with a modern kitchen, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, TV and DVD player. There is electric heating for chilly nights. Wifi access from the house although this can be patchy. Situated on a rural farm you are surrounded by fields and stunning views out to sea. You are a few minutes by car from some of the best beaches South Devon has to offer and Dartmoor is only a 30 min drive away. 10 mins from the local town of Kingsbridge. There are plenty of footpaths and quiet country roads to explore directly from the property. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

Getting around

You really need a car to explore the local area as we are in such a rural location. We are on a national cycle route and have plenty of room to store bikes for you.

Interaction with guest

I am usually around to welcome you in, if not I will tell you where I have left the key and as soon as I am home I will come and say hello. I live onsite and will be available to help with any questions or advice I can give you to help you make the most out of your holiday. Contact throughout your stay is informal and can be as little or as much as you would like/need.

House rules

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement only. I charge a small fee of £5 per night, per dog, to cover the extra cleaning required. I do ask that you don't allow your dog on the furniture or beds. All dogs must be kept on a leaf whilst within the garden area. There are fields at the back of the property where you may let your dog off the lead. Many thanks.

“Excellent, no faults, lovely accommodation”

Narrow road to get to the accommodation but well worth it. Lovely accommodation, very clean, well equipped, exceptionally comfortable. Crisp white sheets and lovely bed. We only stayed for two nights but are looking forward to staying longer next time.
