“Great views from both balconys” We enjoyed our stay. The swimming pool at the complex and the beach club were spectacular. The walk back from the beach club was the hardest as it was a long uphill climd to the condo.

“Magical!” This place is really like paradise. I have never stayed anywhere that made me feel like I must be dreaming. The weather is always pleasant in Sayulita - not too hot, not humid, not wet, not buggy - so to stay at El Templito where the entire living, dining, lounge area, and kitchen are outdoors but private was magical. It is also only down a short staircase to the beach. The bedrooms each have their own bathrooms and plenty of storage space for long stays. The rooms are airy and makes you feel like you are enjoying the outdoors while being inside your room. The entire house is well-thought out and clean.

“Out of this World” Casa dos Cisnes is magnificent. The villa transcended our expectations in every respect. The colonial-style design is expansive but intimate, the sublime decor is imbued with a tasteful Mexican aesthetic, and the nouveau Mexican cuisine was certainly on a par (if not better) than the gourmet food we tasted in PV's most acclaimed restaurants - you really don't ever have to leave the villa to revel in the traditions of Mexico. The views from pretty much everywhere in the villa are simply breathtaking. The staff was extraordinary and discreet - they seemed to preempt our every wish or need. The tranquil location is perfect. We spent our mornings exploring remote nearby beaches, whale watching, and experiencing PV's cultural sights then retreated to our sumptuous villa to relax with a margarita by the infinity pool. Even using the gym is not a chore - you are surrounded by tropical birds and flowers and the Pacific Ocean views are spectacular. The spacious bedrooms and myriad living/dining spaces make this a great option for groups or families. We hope to return.

“Viva La Villa!” I was truly impressed by Villa Encantada. We were treated to five-star service and luxury accommodations. The gorgeous tropical setting was the final element of an amazing experience. It was paradise! We were able to enjoy all of the conveniences of home during our stay, including wi-fi. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Encantada to friends and family.

“Heavenly house” Casa Melissa was the most beautiful vacation house I've had the pleasure of staying in. I rent 2-3 vacation houses a year in Tahoe and Hawaii and this house was the best ever! The infinity pool was spectacular and the tennis court was a fabulous opportunity for exercise. The house was equipped with every necessity, from plenty of towels, to a coffee grinder and all the essential cookware. The water cooler was a thoghful touch too! The house and furniture are beautiful and a classy, comfortable, clean example of traditional Mexican architechutre. Truly a perfect house for family, friends and mixed groups. I can't wait to go back!

“Magia = Magical” We just returned from an amazing week staying in Sayulita at Magia. This was our first time in Sayulita and it did not disappoint. Sayulita is a laid back town with a wonderful beach but not filled with Spring Breakers and overdevelopment. The town was full of energy and offers plenty of wonderful restaurants, street vendors and bars but the best part was having the best of both worlds at our fingertips. A short trip up into the jungle hills to Magia and voila, complete peace and quiet. Magia was one of the few places we've stayed which was actually better in-person than the photos. The wonderful-yet-subtle design and features of the home, the sights, jungle sounds and that view are hard to translate in one-dimensional photos. You simply have to experience it firsthand. Picture flocks of bright green parakeets flying past you, geckos chirping and you start to get the feeling. All of the amenities were well thought-out and you have everything you need to enjoy a quiet vacation. Cameron and Miguel ensured everything we needed was provided. The open air shower in the master suite added a special bonus. The walk into town isn't terribly difficult but we ended up renting a Jeep, which allowed us to explore outlying areas. If you rent a golf cart, make sure to reserve one first. I also rode the bus into Bucerias to get the Jeep and I found the service dependable and cheap. The bus stop is just down the hill from Magia. I would recommend this home to anyone interested in a memorable experience in Sayulita.

“Magnificent Family Holiday” We had a terrific time, perfect location, great house, magical city, amazing food and great people. We couldn't ask for a more perfect holiday.

“Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience. “Rest and Relaxation in an oasis” Ten minute drive from old town. The house is stunning. Three large bedrooms, kitchen fully stocked. The washer and dryer were a plus. I loved all the beautiful plants and the pool was amazing. Right across the street is a pristine beach. You have to take your own chairs and umbrella, which we didn't have so didn't enjoy the beach as much as we would of liked. I will definitely be back.

“Great family vacation home!” My wife and I were looking for a place which would put us close to the many activities we had planned in Sayulita... To satisfy our needs it was important to be roomy enough to include our 2 married sons, their wives and our 2 year old granddaughter. At the same time, we all have hectic schedules so we needed a place to relax and something to do while our granddaughter could get a nap. We did some research and discovered what i would call"A Cut above" in terms of luxury homes for rent... No place is perfect. But, Casa Roca Sayulita was just what we were looking for. It was close to the surf breaks, restaurants, grocery stores and other area attractions. The kitchen was a perfect place to cut expenses by dining in and allowed us enjoy ourselves without extra expenses. It was roomy, decorated very nicely, and had everything we needed. Our entire family was shocked at how nice it was for rental property. Further, it was cheaper than hotel rooms or 2 condos. It was really nice that the top floor had a table ideal for playing games after our granddaughter went to bed. We were able to enjoy ourselves without disturbing her but close enough to be aware if she needed us. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing 2 dolphins playing with big fish. We spent about 20 minutes just watching them chase fish in the bay... Once they caught the fish they played with them by throwing them in the air before eating them.

“Completely Satisfied” I have stayed in Sayulita about 10 times now. This is by far my favorite, and will only book here now. If it's not available, I'm waiting to book my flights when it is available. The house is insane, and Cory the owner is the most friendly guy you'll ever meet. When finding a place to stay, you won't find better. 120% satisfied!
