We have MGM Signature One Bedroom Balcony Suites in Tower 1, Tower 2 & Tower 3, Please message us through Tripadvisor if any questions, before booking.

The Suite Description:

It is also known as One Bedroom Suite or One Bedroom Balcony Suite.

It has an occupancy of 4 people.

It is approximately 950 square feet.

It has a Full Kitchen.

It has one separate Living Room and Balcony.

It consist of Two (2) Full Bathrooms.

(Combination of Shower & Separate Jetted Tub).

Guest Access ; You will have full access to all of the facilities provided by MGM Signature Hotel, unless they are restricted for any events or otherwise, Please ask the front desk at the time of check in.

Other Things to Note ; (Additional Terms and Charges).

1) Resort Fee ;

a) Upon booking confirmation we will send you a payment request of $ 44.22 per room per night being resort fee, It needs to be paid through TripAdvisor on or before the check in. we cannot add these charges in the reservation or pricing because it varies based on the number rooms and number of nights.

b) If we do not send the payment request for resort fee before check in, You are required to pay the resort fee at the time of check in at the front desk.

2) Check In / Check Out Policy ; Check in starts at 03.00 PM and ends at 12.00 AM (Midnight).

a) Check in after 12.00 AM (Midnight) is not allowed, It will be marked as a No Show, The said reservation will no longer be valid and any amount paid for the reservation is Non Refundable Unless notified and agreed between us in writing at least 24 hours before check in date.

b) Early check-in / Late checkout fee: $ 55.00 per hour, subject to the confirmation and availability.

3) Housekeeping (Optional): Charges applies based on your housekeeping requirements.

4) Extra Service Charges: Any charges that occur during the stay (Housekeeping, Room Service, Bars, Coffee Shops, Laundry etc.,) will be requested to be paid in full in advance.

# Incidentals ; All the guest is required to pay an incidental of $ 100.00 Per Room Per Night at the time of check in. (This is Refundable upon check out within 24-72 Hours).

# Rules ; All the guest must follow the MGM Signature Hotel Rules defined at all times without exception, Please ask the front desk if you may have any questions.

NOTE: By booking this suite, it is considered that all above charges, terms and conditions is agreed and accepted by the guest.

Once you arrive at the Hotel, The security will guide you to the Tower, There are 3 Towers, Please go to the front desk of the Tower, they will ask you for your Valid Government issued ID copy and Valid Credit Card for incidentals. # The check in ends at 12.00 AM (Midnight), For any reason, if you do not checkin during the specific check in time frame you will loose the reservation, We will mark your reservation as No Show in our system and any money paid towards reservation will not be refunded, To avoid this situation please notify us.
