Description

This is a gorgeous 1-story home on 1/3 of an acre consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, office, sunroom, great room with pool /spa and mountain views (Sheep range Mountains and Mt. Charleston area).

The backyard looks like a tropical garden in Hawaii with many palm trees, flowers, bushes, fruit trees, BBQ amidst a large pool (unheated). It is ideal for family retreat, quiet enjoyment and relaxation, no parties, no smoking. There are comfortable seating arrangements awaiting the guests. A rare gem!

Getting around

I recommend renting a car or come with your own. There is a bus stop about 1.1 miles down on El Capitan. It can take you to the airport but ... you need time to get there. Reliable? You may be able to rent some bikes for leisurely shopping or sighseeing. The area is rural but shopping is close by. If you seek relaxation and a place to swim and enjoy nature, then my house invites you warmly p you have come to the right place.

Interaction with guest

The house, garden, pool will be yours. I will be welcoming you when you arrive so I can hand over the keys to the house, show you around, help you setup WIFI (if you need help) , refer to my Guest Book which includes maps, restaurants, attractions, things to see and more. I also have brochures available to tell you about interesting travels and adventures. Once you are at property I will either call or text you sometime if all is OK and will come to the garden once a week to check on the pool. You can reach me any time for questions or help. When you leave, I may not be there to say 'Good Bye'. So please lock windows and doors and leave the key/remote for me to pick up.

Response from the owner Your review doesn't seem to be accurate: 1. I do not live in the house nor did you ever see me in the house, garden and pool. Of course you did not. 2. As you may have noticed from reading the various reviews from past guests that I stay in a different independent structure on property without ever entering the house, garden and pool. I wish you would have stated the truth. Did you ever thank me for having reduced the fee for the 4th person who never showed up and never informed me? I always treat my guests fairly with the best of my abilities and expert to be treated respectfully and truthfully from from you, my guests. Sigrid

How do damage deposits work?
