This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, living room, family room, dining and kitchen with snack bar, 2 patios with seating, beautiful new porcelain tile in the main living areas, new high quality carpet in the bedrooms, a jetted tub, double sinks, a lighted courtyard, and a second patio facing the gorgeous lake.

There is a multitude of wildlife and birds on the lake as well as a pool and hot tub within walking distance in this very safe, gated community. You will also find a barbecue grill and patio tables to make the most of your stay in sunny Las Vegas. This home is surrounded by trees and greenery. The subdivision contains many palm trees, waterfalls, lakes and has amazing vegetation throughout. There is no better way to relax than to sit on your patio or in the house and watch the the wildlife, listen to the rushing of the waterfall in your backyard with your feet up and the sun shining in gorgeous, Las Vegas Lakeside.

This home is tucked away in a high end community, a short 3 to 4 miles from the strip and 2 miles from McCarran airport. The community is gated, fully fenced and is very secure and safe. There is a bus that is reasonably priced that will transport you to and from the strip and around Las Vegas if you don’t have a car. Uber taxi service is available for $8. to $10. to take you to and from the airport. If you bring an automobile there is garaged parking at the house; as well as extra visitor parking spots.

“Las Vegas Lakeside” is fully stocked with everything you will need to include dishes, utensils, pots, pans, soft and silky sateen quality linens, shampoos, soaps, and lotions.

This home offers the best of both worlds. Enjoy all of the excitement that Las Vegas has to offer; as well as the peace and solitude that comes along with this amazingly beautiful retreat.
