Enjoy clean and spacious rooms in this 4940 sq. ft, custom home 15-20 mins from Downtown and the Strip. Comfortable queen beds and plenty of space. The home is in a quiet private gated complex within short driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, hospitals, Red Rock National Park recreation area, Mt. Charleston and Lake Mead and Nascar Speedway. Wifi, TV, Tropical backyard setting with pool and spa and waterfall, pool has a small 16 feet shallow area, which an umbrella can be place for shade and small kids supervised can play here or you can just lay down and enjoy the weather in the water, before going down into deeper water about 8-9 feet deep and has 4 concrete stools in the water by the pool counter where you can rest seating seeping your favorite beverage or eating your meal or the BBQ delicacy you just cooked in the shade under the 12 feet wide Tropical umbrellas without going out the pool, also at night the pool lights up into 4 variable lighting colors, blue, purple, green and white bringing that tropical romantic atmosphere as the sun goes down. There is an Outdoor BBQ station, horseshoe play area, fire pit, washer/dryer, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all major and minor appliances. Enjoy outdoor as much as indoor. Your hosts Franco and Kay will be available all the time to make your stay memorable to accommodate you and the guests in your party the best way possible and able to assist in guiding you through with helpful hints on visiting areas and if you are lucky they will even comp you and your party to see some local shows (upon availability only). The living room has a 55' flat screen TV and the theater room has plenty of seating and a 110' screen. And if you want enjoy TV outdoor there is a 50" flat screen TV in the huge covered patio by the pool. The house is equipped with surround sound system so that you can enjoy radio, music, movies inside as well as outside. There are many popular tourist attractions in the area and all your favorite fast food facilities are within 1 mile. The property is perfect for party groups, small gatherings, family reunions, spring breakers, golfers, poker players and the perfect place to relax after walking the strip or the convention floor all day.

Important Note when booking:

During your stay the hosts (Franco and Kay) occupies a Master Suite at the opposing East End end of the house totally separated from the West End where the guest will occupy.

Their Suite is self contained so that you will have the kitchen and all other amenities all yours to use however Special arrangement will be done at booking as some would need to be shared during your stay.

The hosts are in the late 50's and when guests are at the home they avoid being around the house as they respect the guests privacy that are priority over theirs. During the day Franco may stays in his office at times and Kay in the Master Suite. They do not mind to interact with the guests but respect guest wishes and privacy. Their Suite is on the East Wing completely on the opposite end of the home all by itself and from the West Wing , where all the guests suites are. The house is 4940 sq ft. and the guest will be accessing around 4000 sq ft. East and West Wings are separated by approximate 1500 sq.ft. Living room, Dining Room Entry Way and Kitchen.

Franco could get the guests a few comps (upon availability only) to see some shows during your stay. The hosts are friendly people. Franco is Italian, Kay is Japanese. Franco speaks 4 languages (English, Italian, Spanish and French) Kay speaks English and Japanese. This house is amazing. Also the laundry room if the guests wish to use it is available as well the pool, spa, theater room, Living room, Kitchen and Tropical Backyard with BBQ Station.
