“Amazing location” This was an amazing vacation... the location was perfect... we walked everywhere and there is so much to see... Fred (Owner) was great, he spent time showing us everything that we would need for the week. Including putting together a informative binder that included excellent locations to eat around the area and the nearest medical facility if we needed it. It’s close enough to the theme parks in the area, that we didn’t have any problems getting to them... but honestly, we could’ve spent our time exploring the community and playing on the beach. We will definitely be back, to this location...

“Loved it!” I've been renting in San Diego for several years, always good experiences, but this was the best. The owner was very responsive when I had a question, the apt was perfect for our needs, and conveniently located. It came with fluffy towels and soft sheets, cute dishes, and was a great place to return to each night. I think I'll be a regular from here on. Thank you John, family, and staff. And seriously how cute is the tp origami?

“Amazing, awesome!” Melanie was very pleasant to work with. The house was very comfortable with 3 adults and two teens. Views are amazing..It was better than staying at a 4 star hotel.. Nice area and centrally located..we skipped some things we had planned to do to just relax and take advantage of the views and comforts of the home. Would go back in a heartbeat..

“Weekend Get-away” My husband and I really enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. The view was wonderful and the whole experience was so relaxing. This place completely fulfilled our wishes, one of them mainly to be able to sleep with the waves at night. Coming from Houston, this is unheard of...we slept with the windows and sliding door open, and we enjoyed sleeping and waking up to the waves. We enjoyed the balcony overseeing the ocean. Tim and Kathy were wonderful hosts. They were very accommodating, very friendly, and available when needed. This was the perfect size for us and the perfect location. We really enjoyed OB and would definitely consider staying here again! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts and providing an unforgettable experience for us!
