A beautiful three-floor townhouse a stone throw from the historical Bailgate and 50 meters from the award-winning Steep Hill. Danesgate House is an ideal home in which to explore the historic City of Lincoln. Views of the park and Lincoln Cathedral. This is somewhere special to make your home for however long you stay for. Samantha and Gavin who manage the property are situated just around the corner so if needed, can help with the best places to eat and entertain.

We have one complimentary secure garage available, less than a minute walk from the house and also a car park if more than one car is staying with us.

Situated within walking distance of Lincoln's historical city but off the main street so private enough to not be interrupted by city nightlife.

This self-catering accommodation is suitable for Holidays, corporate clients, business trips and wedding day accommodation.

Three bedrooms consisting of 2 doubles (one super king size) and a twin on the third floor.

Fabulous fitted bathroom with underfloor heating and bath.

Two sitting rooms, Freeview LCD TV's, dining table and wonderful oak flooring.

Fully equipped kitchen (with underfloor heating) with fridge freezer, coffee machine, washing machine/dryer, double oven, integrated hob and microwave oven.

Danesgate house is located in the heart of the city. You are half way between Historial Lincoln above you and vibrant city below, nested off the main road with a park and Cathedral view. On foot is the best way to get around our city.

“Lovely”

Booked this house as I wanted to be close to the castle for the Christmas market and couldn’t have been happier. It was just as shame we could not fully relax in the house as we were working at the market. It has everything that you would want for a get away. There was a problem with the shower but Samantha was quick to rectify this.

“Danesgate house”

This house was just what we needed for our stay over Xmas.It was very well located being a short walk from the lovely cathedral area and the shops and restaurants. We had brought a Xmas tree but the owners had also supplied a decorated one! They were kind enough to lend us some extra chairs from their restaurant nearby for our family Xmas lunch which we cooked in the well equipped kitchen. I can thoroughly recommend this property .
