Description

This is one of 4 interlinked apartments in the same building that together sleep up to 33 people. This particular apartment is a beautiful, secure, apartment that comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults, or a family including 4 children plus there is a cot available. 2 double bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed, 2 x shower rooms, fully fitted kitchen and integrated dining room. Flat-screen TVs with DVDs in bedrooms and lounge. Wi-fi is free. The apartment is in beautiful condition with sprinklings of art in each room and includes luxurious bedding and towels. This apartment is ideal for visitors to Liverpool and is a terrific 65% saving on the City Centre which is only 4.5 miles away (12 mins by car or 20 by bus) Even better because the parking is on-road and free this is another saving of up to £25 per day compared to the City Centre. Alder Hey Hospital is just 4 minutes drive. Walton/Fazakerley Hospital is 15 minutes. The price is less for just 2 or 4 people and may be more expensive at peak times. This is a no smoking apartment. Liverpool has so much to offer and has one of the most beautiful city centres in the country. Shop till you drop, watch premiership football, at both Liverpool and Everton. Visit Knowsley Safari Park or ferry across the Mersey. Take in a top show at the Empire Theatre, a comedy play at the Royal Court or an arty play at the Everyman. How about a Beatles tour or a visit to one of our many museums or art galleries. With more stunning parkland, trees and golf-courses than any city outside London, Liverpool is an absolute must at any time of the year. The apartment is very secure so is ideal for families and business people alike. Visitors are well situated for any part of Liverpool, Aintree racecourse is 12 minutes, Royal Birkdale is 25 mins away, Royal LIverpool 35 mins, the City Centre is 15 minutes. The football stadia are 15 minutes. Liverpool Airport is 20 minutes away, Golf courses are as close as 4 minutes. Pubs and supermarkets are a few minutes. Buses stop outside and Roby train station is 3 minutes drive away with free parking. Everywhere is on your doorstep. For the peace and quiet of visitors in neighbouring apartments, an extra (refundable) deposit may be required for "young people" who are visiting Liverpool to party.

Response from the owner I'm really glad you loved the apartment. It's located about 4 miles from the City Centre so the views are not what you'd expect from a City Centre apartment but the price is massively less than you'd pay in the City. Please come back anytime.
