Fantastically located 3 bedroom house be it for work or leisure

2 miles to city centre- short Taxi ride or bus stop 1 min walk from house

6 miles to airport - bus route for this 1 min walk from house

The house also comes with 3 designated parking bays

Close to Greenbank park and Sefton park, Lark lane and allerton road both with abundance of bars and restaurants.

Liverpool has a thriving theatre and music scene and the location is close to Penny Lane and other famous atractions

downstairs the house has large living room and a fully euipped kitchen/diner and downstairs loo

upstairs there are 3 bedrooms

main bedroom is a double with ensuite

2nd bedroom is a 3/4 double & single bunk above

3rd bedroom is a single bed

There is an extra camp bed available on request.

And their is a main family bathroom.

there is a garden to the rear and 3 bay parking spaces

“Good base for stay”

House was easy to find. Clean and comfortable. Asda and Aldi on the door step. 10 minutes to Albert Dock. We had a nice stay and the kiddies loved it. Rachael was helpful and easy to contact. Would go back readily.

A comfortable property conveniently located with restaurants and supermarkets close by. The bus stop for L1 is just around the corner and Sefton Park o your doorstep.the property was clean and comfortable with a lovely outdoor space, ideal for couples or families.

How do damage deposits work?
