Set within 146 acres, the Yeo farm estate lends itself to adventurous and active families looking for that something special. If alfresco living, wild swimming, hot tubbing, saunas, wild fire cooking, rivers, beaches and cool places to visit such as Salcombe, Totnes, Bentham Beach, Hope Cove rock your boat then you’ve come to the right place.

The property itself dates back to the doomsday period around 1067 and was founded by Swedish settlers looking to find Christianity in the nearby monastery at Hazel Wood Estate.

The property interiors are stylish and rustic and of very high quality. The paintings, beds, bathrooms and furnishings are again of high quality and offer a lovely backdrop for your family to enjoy a lovely time together at the estate.

Alfresco living is the core to coming to this estate and the outside garden comes complete with a private sauna, wood fired hot tub, cold water immersion tank, fire pit, cinders gas bbq and outside dining area.

Guests can roam within the ancient woods or wild swim in our natural deep water river pool on the Avon.

Beach wise then it’s a 25 min drive to Bentham, Hope Cove, Salcombe South Sands or Blackpool Sands.
