“A lovely apartment, relaxing and very luxurious.”

Reviewed 12 Apr 2012

We stayed in the Penthouse apartment for one week over Easter. The apartment is very spacious, the lay-out is lovely and it has everything you need. We left the car outside the complete week and did all our sight-seeing by train. We used Eltham station, it takes between 15 to 20 minutes to walk there. There are frequent trains to Charing Cross, the journey takes around 30 minutes. As we had the travel card, we sometimes used the bus to get to or from the station. There's a big Sainsbury's supermarket just a short walk away, so grocery shopping is no problem at all. Traveling with a teenager the WiFi was very important and worked very well. The two bathrooms were a definite bonus as well (even though we couldn't figure out the heating in the en-suite bathroom). And the roof-top terrace is wonderful, if the weather had been better, we would have spent much more time up there. You can even see the London Eye from the gallery. All in all we had a great week in London.
