This barn conversion is set next to the owner's home in the village of Austen Fen, six miles from Louth and can sleep four people with one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the sitting area.Clare's Cottage is a comfortable barn conversion next to the owner's home in the village of Austen Fen six miles from Louth. The cottage sleeps four people in one double bedroom. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a private patio with furniture and a barbecue. Clare's Cottage is in a fantastic location to be used as a base for a family or two couples to explore the stunning surrounding scenery. Three well-behaved dogs welcome at £15 per pet per stay.

Nearby is Cadwell Park, which plays host to car, bike and kart racing.
