This superb, three-storey cottage set three miles from Middleton-in-Teesdale sleeps eight people in four bedrooms.Hoodgill Barn is a wonderful, end-terrace cottage set three miles from Middleton-in-Teesdale. With four bedrooms, a super king-size double bedroom, a king-size bedroom and two twin bedrooms (one with limited headroom) set across the first and second floors, one with an en-suite, along with a child's bed that can be set up in any room, this cottage can comfortably sleep up to nine guests. There's also two shower rooms, whilst on the ground floor is a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with woodburner and a summer room with patio doors leading outside, where you'll find a patio with hot tub. Also outside is off road parking for two cars. Hoodgill Barn enjoys beautiful views, sits in an excellent location, and provides everything you could need for a holiday to remember.

Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking strictly for 2 cars, plus additional off road parking in nearby hamlets 1/4 mile away. Bike storage. Front enclosed garden with patio, eight-seater picnic table and garden bench. Town: Nestling by the banks of the River Tees is the pretty Pennine village of Middleton-in-Teesdale. This bustling village offers a good range of shops, pubs and places to eat. This is superb walking country with high open moorland as well as pretty wooded valleys and the nearby waterfalls of High Force, Gibson's Cave and Cauldron Snout are amongst the most spectacular sights in the district.
