This luxurious beach townhome offers unobstructed views of the Ocean, Beach, & Sunsets from the comfort of your own home, modern interior, exclusive view patio, shared BBQ, tv's in all rooms, & 1 garage parking. *Note no A/C in this home, fans are provided.
DESIGNER FEATURES
This modern unit is professionally designed and features the best in beach living. Retractable floor-ceiling glass sliders lead to your exclusive Ocean Front deck, which is perched 6 feet above the Boardwalk allowing for more privacy & amazing beach, ocean, and sunset views. The gourmet kitchen has premium Bosch and Kitchen Aid appliances, Sub Zero stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, custom cabinets, exquisite granite slab countertop with full backsplash, custom 2-tone paint scheme, & recessed lighting. This unit features dual master bed rooms with one on each level. There are 3 bathrooms including an indulgent Master bath with jetted tub. Imported stone flooring, plus custom wood flooring in the bedrooms rounds out the custom finishes. Pls note despite the lack of air conditioning, our home stays cool year round with the ocean breezes, mild coastal climate, and fans throughout.
Other features include a volleyball court & Boardwalk located out your front door, ideal for jogging, biking, running, or skating. We also offer our guests a washer/dryer located inside the unit, common BBQ, & complimentary boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys.
TOWNHOME LAYOUT
This is a 2 story unit conveniently located off the first floor. Featuring an open floor concept, the main living area blends seamlessly together and is ideal for visiting with your closest friends and family. The ground floor features the living room, kitchen, dining area. Off the main living area is a full bathroom, along with the beautiful master bedroom fully equipped with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is the fun and playful 2nd bedroom that houses a custom built dual bunk bed set, as well as it's own separate bathroom!
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS sleeps 8 guests (6 adults maximum)
• Bedroom 1: King (sleeps 2) first floor + en suite bath
• Bedroom 2: 2 Sets of Twin Bunk Beds (sleeps 4) second floor + en suite bath
• Living Room: Double Sofa sleeper (with linens, sleeps 2) first floor

• 1 gated assigned parking space (approximately 6'6"H x 8'6"W x 16'5"D)
• Additional parking includes street parking as well as nearby public parking lots
POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
