Large kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 extra beds, nice living room with rustic fireplace, bathroom and spacious veranda with table and chairs. The apartment is tastefully furnished, in a sunny position, ideal to spend pleasant days in the Mediterranean climate. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, toaster and coffee machine espresso and American. Internet wi fi connection, satellite TV.
Rental Conditions:
Quote includes: bedlinen and towels, gas, water, electricity, internet wi fi connection. Not included and to be paid on location: Damage deposit € 150 (refundable). final cleaning € 90. Heating € 10/day. Pet allowed € 50. baby bed € 35/week. Tourism tax €1.00/person/day max 6 days, free children under 14.
The country house consists of 5 apartments of different size and typology. It is located near the medieval village of Montaione, right within the heart of the Tuscan triangle created by Florence, Pisa and Siena. Situated on the hills, the apartments enjoy a breathtaking view over the valleys, Val d'Elsa and Val d'Era, with their beautiful countryside slowly receding down towards the sea line.
From the top of the hill guests can admire romantic sunsets.
The accommodations are immersed in the surrounding nature of the 5 hectares of estate with its olive groves, pine trees and a beautiful botanical garden full of plants and flowers, ideal for walking and for those wanting to remain in contact with nature, its scents and colours, and a nice swimming pool (10x5m, open May-Oct, deep up to 2,30 m, and fenced for children's security. Possibility of olive oil tasting on the property.
These holiday apartments in Montaione are near shops, restaurants and other facilities as well as in an ideal position for visiting art centres such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano and Volterra.
