Cozy Farmhouse in a seventeenth century farmhouse located in the Chianti Arrive as a guest, leave as a friend Welcome to guest and take care of his needs while under the roof of Podere Casanova has become the life philoshophy of our small, family-run holiday apartments. We are a beautiful and large family composed of me (Lisa), my husband, my parents, my and Maria Blaise's two sisters Letizia and Lara and my marvelous nephew Lorenzo and niece Charlotte.

Podere Casanova At PODERE CASANOVA everyone is part of the group, an indispensable part that makes "our house feel like yours", a peaceful and tranquil setting where you can enjoy authentic moments of relaxation away from stress and worries of everyday life. Here, you'll always find friendly smiles and hospitality. We cannot wait to meet you! I hope that you, like many of our friends, return home taking in your heart the motto that distinguishes us: "At Podere Casanova, you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend!".

Accommodations The apartments are furnished with taste and simplicity All of our apartments have their own private external space. The apartments located on the first floor have their terrace with sun umbrella, table and chairs and BBQ grill. Apartments on the ground floor have a large part of the garden, a large gazebo, table, chairs and barbecue grill as well.

The apartments are divided as follows: Il Melograno 2 + 1 sleeps 2 + 1 Cherry sleeps 2 + 1 Jasmine sleeps 4 + 2 Cypress sleeps 2 + 2 Broom sleeps Our swimming pool The pool is 12 x 8 meters and offers a splendid view over the valley. It can easily be reached from the apartments by following a stone walkway and stairs. The pool is protected by large hedge of aromatic plants while the view over the Tuscan countryside is open.

At every occasion, the pool offers guests the chance to relax whether it is for the day or after having visited the many sights and destinations in the area and across Tuscany.

Welcome Buffet Let's start off well from the very beginning One of the most beautiful things we look forward every year after working hard is our vacation time ... you dream about it, you plan it well in advance and select what you want to do based upon your interests, your family's needs and expectations.

Often this also means long travel times, arriving at your destination pretty tired.

For precisely this reason, a few years ago we decided to start organizing every Saturday to free welcome buffet to greet our guests upon arrival to Podere Casanova that offers you a taste to Tuscan specialties prepared by me and my family.

It is our way to welcome you to Podere Casanova.

The buffet starts around 7:0 pm between April and October for at least 3 families arriving on Saturday at Podere Casanova.

Pizza Party let's continue in style every Wednesday evening One of the greatest moments many of our guests (who I like to call friends) remember fondly is our PIZZA PARTY night.

Every Wednesday between April and October when we have at least 3 families taking part, we organize a "Pizza Party", an evening spent together to let you discover the many tastes can take pizza in Italy!

It is a fun evening for all involved but particularly for the children who end up dressing up as chefs and who love to prepare pizzas, with us by their side, and present them to everyone involved as soon as they are baked.

Common areas Ideal for couple: Podere Casanova offers both within the areas of each apartment and in the area in front of the pool spaces where you can relax and enjoy quiet moments for yourself and the people we love.

Ideal for families with children There are lots of spaces for kids at Podere Casanova: a large playground area with swings, slide and other play constructions. In the outdoor area in front of the pool there is a large, well-maintained meadow that is private and the entire property is fenced in so you can rest assured they cannot wander off. For those that love animals, the farm has friendly goats that are always happy to be petted ... especially if you offer dry bread pieces, they'll love eating them from your hand, a special and fun experience for your children.
