Centralofts is absolutely at the heart of Newcastle, 2 minutes walk from Central Station, 10 minutes from the universities & St James' Park soccer stadium. 25 minutes by train from Durham & Sunderland. Next to Dance City, Centre for Life and Chinatown. Metro and bus links in next street. Newcastle shopping centre, cinemas, theatres, restaurants, pubs & clubs all within 15 minutes' walk. River Tyne cycle and walking trails nearby, also top health clubs and the massive Gateshead Metro indoor shopping mall. North Pennines, Hadrian's Wall, Keilder Forest & Holy Island all within an hour's drive or by train.Rent includes broadband wi-fi access in all rooms, a weekly maid/cleaner service with fresh towels and bed linen change. The maid can come more frequently if you wish, for an extra charge. Does not include insurance for your personal items. Maintenance & repairs on 24 hour call. Owner or representative nearby to sort out any problems. Strictly no pets and no smoking, a maximum of 4 guests can be accommodated. Probably not suitable for very young children - please check with owner.

Another lovely stay at Centralofts. This apartment has everything you need and a great central location. Spotlessly clean and would definitely come back for a third visit!

Response from the owner Ryan's disappointment is understandable, but we feel we responded as rapidly as possible, once aware of the broken fridge - it had not been reported previously. We could find nothing wrong with the microwave, which is still working to this day. Again, non-working lights had not been reported by previous guests, but we have since asked our cleaning staff to test all lamps as part of their duties and report any 'blown' bulbs. we have renewed the sofa, as suggested. A city centre apartment surrounded by pubs and clubs is bound to suffer from some street noise - our advice to guests is to keep the windows closed at night.

“Another brilliant stay in newcastle”

This was our 2nd time staying in this wonderful apartment, liked it so much the first time we booked again. A real home from home with everything you could need, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Will be back again. Thank you Ron and Irina.

How do damage deposits work?

If Irina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
