Description
This period Cottage which is thought to be once a Quarry- man`s Cottage which has been recently and lovingly upgraded with all modern facilities. Located on the outskirts of Newport, the main town is easily accessible, a short walk away to many shops, restaurants, bars and multiplex cinema etc.
The Newport to Sandown cycle path which was once a railway track is on your doorstep.
Entrance Hall leading into the cloakroom/utility room .
Large Living room with log burning fire.

Kitchen/diner with extendable six seater dining table,fully equipped kitchen with Range cooker and all the utensils you require to cook a perfect family meal.
Door leading out to a patio and landscaped walled Garden
Off the living room are stairs to the first floor.
Master King size Bedroom with en-suite Shower Room and TV.
(Bed can be split into two single beds if required.)
Second Luxury Bedroom.
Double Bed with Mirrored Wardrobe and TV.
Third Bedroom.

“Lovely accommodation in a perfect location for exploring the whole island.”

“Gorgeous”
I stayed at Bella Cottage with my son & grandchildren. We were welcomed by our host who made us feel at home & told us everything we needed to know, there was fresh milk ,orange juice & biscuits which was a nice touch . The cottage was spotless , it had lovely decor & very homely . Downstairs was a living room with to bid comfortable sofas , the kitchen has everything you need & nice table to sit & eat. I lovely big garden . As well as two bathrooms upstairs there was also a toilet downstairs, the showers are nice, hot & powerful, great bath as well . Three beautiful bedrooms, with very comfy beds. I would highly recommend staying here . It is also a good central base to explore all the island .

“Lovely cottage”
Excellent host. A remarkably clean and tidy cottage with everything you could ever need for your holiday. It's like home from home. There is Netflix on the TV for evenings in the cottage and blankets for the chairs downstairs. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was tea, coffee with milk in the fridge and fresh orange juice on arrival. Perfect after a long journey. Three good sized bedrooms and one huge bed in the main room. Own driveway and garden. Downstairs toilet. Perfect location for exploring and also close to all the big supermarkets. We had a lovely trip.
