Self Catering Barn in Niton Undercliff, Isle of Wight, Sleeps 2-4

The Barn at Buddle Place dates from the 18th Century & stands in the grounds of a Grade II Listed Farmhouse. It has recently been renovated to a high standard & designed in contemporary style with open plan living areas.

The barn is detached and has lovely views to the English Channel from the upstairs bedrooms.

On the first floor are two bedrooms, a double with king size bed & the other with twin beds. On the landing is a small bathroom with toilet and basin.

On the ground floor there is family bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. A beautiful bespoke kitchen with quartz countertops , dishwasher, fridge/ice compartment, washing machine, microwave & Bosch hob/oven. Dining table and 4 chairs. The living area has a sofa, two armchairs and a woodburning stove all in a double height space with an exposed 400 year old stone wall. Freesat Smart TV, DVD Player, free WiFI.

French doors lead onto the patio with a private south facing garden and planted with sun loving plants.

Off street parking is available for one car in the cobbled yard, other parking is available in St.Catherine’s Road.

EV charger is located in the garage, payment must be made before departure.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jay (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
