House rules

Absolutely no parties. It's a family friendly neighborhood which is mostly owner occupied. We will not tolerate loud noises, parties, or smoking of any type. Our neighbors have complained about short term renters in the past who were too loud and we had to evict them before the end of their term. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat by the beach, this is the neighborhood for you. Party central is located a little more south towards Mission Bay. Thanks for your understanding.
