This stunning open-concept home is filled with designer touches, offering the ideal setup to spend time with your closest friends & family.
The open concept captures the amazing ocean & sunset views from nearly every room & offers a seamless transition to the outdoor space. Folding accordion doors opens the living area to the outside where the extra large wrap around deck extends out to the entire north side of the building, which allows you to not only capture the outdoors from the main living area, but also allows tons of sunlight for a bright & airy feel. Continuing the open feel, the kitchen blends seamlessly to the living & dining areas, and comes fully stocked with a full set of kitchenware. The bar area seats 3 & is the perfect place to take in the breathtaking water views. An elegant round table provides dining for 6, looking out at the ocean enjoying the flames by the beautiful indoor/outdoor pass through fireplace, porcelain flooring that gives a seamless transition to the outdoor patio and glass walls allowing mesmerizing views of the ocean. Rounding out the main living area is the ideal lounge are with two premium leather sofas and a floating daybed, mounted SMART TV, & ceiling speakers for playing your favorite tunes.
Relax in any one of our 3 full designer bedrooms. The beautiful master suite features a spa-like soaking tub and rain shower with ocean views as well as a sitting area and fireplace that add to the luxury that is included inside. The second bedroom is spacious and offers dual queen beds, while the remaining 3rd bedroom has a plush queen wall-bed that doubles as a built in desk (when the bed is not in use it can be used as an office!). All bedrooms are equipped with sleek flat screen TV's.

This modern 3-unit building offers the ultimate in vacation luxury, including an expansive wrap around ocean front balcony exclusive to our unit, stainless steel BBQ grill, and patio furniture that seats 11 including lounge chairs, bar chairs, & round table for soaking up the sun. We also offer beach amenities, including toys, chairs, and boogie boards.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
