Located in an Historic District on the Slope above Downtown San Diego, this beautiful, Queen Ann Victorian Loft Unit accommodates up to 3 people. Minutes from Convention Center, Gas Lamp district, Coronado & Airport. Easy Freeway, Trolley and Bus Line Access. Beautifully Decorated Featuring, Barbecue, Gazebo, Fire Pit & Laundry facility with Downtown Views.

This Multi-Unit Queen Ann Victorian was built in the mid to early 1800's and was known in those days as “The Kennedy House”. Each self contained and completely private unit has been upgraded to the highest standard and redesigned with its own unique characteristics. This unit features an additional loft space accessed by a custom staircase in the master bedroom. The main building as well as each unit is accessed via electronic key pad, so no keys are required. The property consists of 3 buildings one of which was formerly a horse barn. Built above today's current downtown formerly known to residents as “New Town” it is surrounded by Historic buildings of the period.

Our guests are kept informed from the moment a reservation request is made until the end of their stay with us. We are always available to answer questions or provide insights into events and activities in San Diego and the surrounding areas
