This vacation home comprises two 3 bedroom units with 3 full floors of Water Frontage for a total offering of 6 Bedrooms + 5.5 Bathrooms that sleeps 18 guests (14 adults maximum). This offering consists of the entire ground level unit and corner townhome (located on the 2nd & 3rd level with separate entry off the ground level) and includes ***exclusive use of the expansive ground level patio! Pricing reflects both units & units are not connected inside.
UNIT LAYOUT
Unit A is entire ground floor single level unit, and unit B is far left corner townhome (2nd & 3rd floor windows on the left as you face the building, with separate entry off the ground floor).
Unit A (ground floor unit) is a stunning 3br + 2.5ba smart home with Pandora Radio, 75" Samsung TV in the Living Room, & ceiling speakers controlled via the “in-wall” IPAD. This unit is also home to our 55' wide waterfront patio for your exclusive use. Unit B (upstairs townhome) is an open and airy 3br + 3ba that is a corner unit located on the 2nd & 3rd floors, with a gorgeous fully remodeled kitchen, spacious bedrooms, floor to ceiling window, open floorplan, and spectacular views towards the bay and Sea World!
OUTDOOR & OTHER AMENITIES
This is the Ultimate Beach Home, consisting of 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, & 2 dining areas. There are 3 flat screen TV's in the downstairs living room (perfect for watching your favorite sports), 1 flat screen in the upstairs living room, 1 flat screen in the downstairs master bath, and flat screens in all bedrooms in both units! Enjoy the outdoor living areas that surround this beach home. This vacation home encompasses 1 bay view deck, and 2 decks of 2 of the bedrooms in the upstairs unit, as well as an expansive 55' waterfront patio in the downstairs unit that is fully equipped with patio chairs, lounge chairs, tables, and a built in BBQ. Ideal setup for enjoying sunrises and relax with a glass of wine while BBQ'ing you're your closest friends & family.
This truly is a vacation destination for everyone, with a lifeguard tower, swim-friendly bay & white sandy stretch of beach with direct beach from our 55' wide ground floor patio, & steps to Mission Bay Aquatic Center...ideal for kayaking, sailing, paddle boating, jet skiing, & much more! We also offer a washer/dryer in both units.
This home comes also fully equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, & beach toys. We work directly with a local bike shop that offers our tenants discounts on certain beach cruiser rentals. We also provide our guests with Wifi Internet, High Def Cable TV package, and Pandora Radio Channels through our “in-wall” IPAD in the downstairs unit, and Air Conditioning in both units! NOTE due to the way the air conditioning venting is setup in the corner unit townhome, the living room area typically takes longer to cool down compared the remainder of the home especially on hotter days. We do have ceiling fans & floor fans to help keep the area cool!

PARKING
• This listing includes 2 underground parking spaces. There is a strict 6ft height clearance due to a steep incline of the driveway (6ft OR LESS depending on the length of your vehicle) . Vehicles above this height limit may top out on metal garage door as they enter or exit. Compact cars highly recommended.
• Additional overnight parking options includes street parking along Mission Blvd or in nearby public parking lots

• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
