Plan a laid-back getaway or the ultimate family trip in this Ocean Beach vacation rental with dog-friendly accommodations and beach access! The three-story home offers plenty of room to stretch your legs and a convenient location near sunny San Diego.

Ocean Beach Loungin' #1 is just steps to the beach (and the iconic Dog Beach) and blocks away from the Ocean Beach Bike Path and Simley Lagoon. Ocean Beach is a half mile away, and major downtown San Diego attractions like Sea World are all within 10 miles!

The condo is bright and airy with great natural lighting. Entertain guests with cable TV, or stream your favorite devices with WiFi.

Beyond the living room is a well-stocked kitchen with added appliances like a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Serve tacos alongside pitchers of lemonade and margaritas on the breakfast bar with seating for two, or take the party outdoors!

Your balcony overlooks a palm tree-lined strip with glimpses of the ocean. The space boasts all your entertaining essentials, including a bistro table and gas grill! The balcony is shared with the adjoining unit but has a privacy screen between the two for added privacy for all guests. Grab a quick burger before heading back to the beach, or toast to the sunset for romantic evenings. Outside, your cozy hideaway is a fully enclosed yard perfect for pets! Two dogs (25 pounds or less) are welcome with an additional nightly pet fee.

The main level of this unit even offers a washer and dryer so you can keep beach towels and outdoor clothes fresh! With one full bath, one half bath, and three bedrooms, the condo comfortably sleep eight guests (six adults).

The main level has two bedrooms. One features a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and twin on top, and the second features a queen bed. Upstairs on the third floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and a twin futon and in the living room you will find a bean bag that converts into a full size bed which allows for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Large groups can rent the other half of this duplex Ocean Beach Loungin' #2! The second unit offers one full bath, one half bath, and two bedrooms to sleep six guests (five adults) and three more dogs. Altogether, the home can comfortably lodge 14 guests (11 adults) and four dogs for the perfect summer holiday!

There is parking for 1 car, however it is a tandem driveway that is shared with the adjacent townhouse.

The sand and the surf will always draw you outdoors. Spend afternoons riding bikes, building sandcastles, or catching up with a good book. The unit includes fun accessories including beach chairs and beach towels! The Pacific Ocean is a hot spot for water sports like kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, and Ocean Beach offers fantastic equipment rentals and tour guides.

When the sun has worn you out, refuel at the Gaslamp Quarter with family-friendly eateries and nightlife. Plan unbelievable family outings at SeaWorld, or head to Balboa Park where you'll discover tigers at the zoo, peruse famous museums, or shop until you drop! THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

No Smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. You are welcome to smoke in outside areas of the home.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This home is not equipped with Forced Air or Heat. You will be provided space heaters in the winter and fans in the summer.

This home is a townhouse. There is a common wall that is shared. We ask our guests to please respect the neighbors, including those in surrounding homes. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes unattended. If you plan to spend time away from your pet please find a doggy daycare. You can call our office for recommendations. Pet Fee: $40/Night

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.

Response from the manager Thank you for the feedback. We will work on the items you mentioned so that our next guests don't have the same issues. We have just taken over management of this property and working on updating both units furniture, fixtures and amenities. A/C is not advertised for this unit, however we have fans for the unit and just purchased 3 new fans. Thank you again for staying with us.
