Crown Point Beach & Bay Vacation House - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, sleeps 8-10. Located at the tip of the Crown Point Peninsula, surrounded by water on 3 sides, walking distance to Crown Point Shores (Beach/Park and Recreation area). Boardwalk/Bike path just 2 blocks from the house, enjoy walking, biking or roller blading around Mission Bay, with easy access to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Sea World is just over the bridge and the location is centrally located for quick trips to the Zoo, Downtown, Balboa Park, Lego-land, Safari Park, etc...
3 Bedrooms: King bedroom, Queen bedroom and full size bedroom.
Family Room: Large family room with open beam ceiling, and wood burning fire place. Large leather European style Queen size sofa bed. Family room opens up to a sun drenched patio with 4 burner Viking Grill and outdoor dining plus a 27" t.v. with DVD.
Kitchen: Kitchen has been remodeled with granite counters tops, gourmet cooking island with prep sink, newer appliances and a Bay window that overlooks the patio. The kitchen opens up to the family room for a great room feel.
Living room: Large sun-filled living room, hard wood floors throughout. Large leather (queen size) sofa bed, leather love seat and comfortable large leather chair with ottoman plus 42" HDTV, expanded cable with DVR.
2 Bathrooms: Newly remodeled bathrooms with marble counter tops and Marrakesh tiles, Bathroom #1 has a Shower/Tub . Bathroom #2 has a Shower.
Patio: Saltillo tiled patio with large teak table and teak chairs, 4 burner Viking Grill, dining al fresco and plenty of privacy.
Beach Cruisers (bicycles), Free WiFi, DVD Player, Flat Screen HDTV, Stereo, Viking Grill, Full Kitchen, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Boogie Boards, Sand Toys, Cooler, Portable BBQ for the Beach, Beach Umbrella, and a portable futon for additional bedding.

6. Transient Occupancy: Occupant is renting the Premises as a transient lodger, Owner retains full legal, possessory and access rights.

“GREAT HOME PERFECT LOCATION”

“Very relaxing and beautiful home”
Sea world and three other beaches were within walking distance. The home was very beautiful, the family and I enjoyed the stay a lot. Would definitely rent from them again.
