Awesome panoramic sit down Mountain and Ocean Views. 4 Bedroom, 3 1/2 Bath highly upgraded 1 acre San Diego estate.  Granite counters, beautiful hardwoord floors. A little over 20 minutes to SeaWorld and beaches. Low season $300/nt. High season $350/nt, $8,000/mo. Our beautiful recently renovated home has panoramic sit down mountain and ocean views all the way to Mexico. You enter on the main level from our expansive circular driveway through the private courtyard and immediately see a wall of windows with panoramic views.  Continue walking through the broad sliding glass door to our wraparound Brazilian hardwood deck offering views of mountains and valleys, and west to downtown San Diego and south to Mexico, with expanses of the Pacific ocean in between. At night, you will enjoy the glistening lights of the city. The deck has a beautiful table with 8 chairs. Inside on the entry level you will also find:  A large corner master bedroom with a king bed, mountain view and private deck access (with two teak chairs and end table to enjoy your morning coffee in the shade) and an attached new master bath with spacious shower, soaking tub, 2 sinks set in a beautiful granite counter and separate lav. - all located at one end of the house away from the upstairs family room, kitchen and other bedrooms.  A corner mountain view bedroom with a queen bed.  A corner garden view bedroom with a two twin beds.  An upgraded bathroom with beautiful granite counter situated between the two bedrooms.  A large corner living room with beautiful mountain views and huge windows allowing daylight to flood the room.  A large dining area with a table that seats 8 also with incredible views and situated adjacent to the deck door.  A highly upgraded kitchen with 5 burner gas cooktop, top of the line kitchen appliance, including built-in microwave, high end walnut cabinetry, self-closing drawers and spacious granite counters and island.  A cozy tv/family room with wall mounted flat panel TV, decorative (non-functioning) fireplace. Downstairs you will find:  A fourth bedroom with queen bed,  An upgraded bathroom with beautiful granite counter just down the hall from the bedroom, A spacious laundry room with extra refrigerator freezer, an expansive second family room with sofa, 55" flat screen TV, game table with 4 chairs and desk/desk chair with a sliding door that leads to a large lower-level covered brick patio.

All linens, dishes, silverware and cooking items are supplied. The home is also equipped with satellite TV and high speed wifi. The main level is air conditioned. All bedrooms, the living room and lower level family room have ceiling fans.

With the deck doors open, the mountain breezes and chirping birds are so soothing. A very peaceful setting.

High end shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and movies are a short drive away.

We are located about 15 miles due east of sea world.

Driving times from important destinations are approximately as follows:

* San Diego Zoo - about 20-25 minutes

* Downtown San Diego - about 20 minutes

* Sea World - about 20-25 minutes

* The beach at the hotel Coronado, one of the best in San Diego - about 25 minutes

* San Diego International Airport - about 20- 25 minutes
