"Would definitely stay again!"

Loved this house. Comforable, awwesome backyard and pool. Grapfruit and lemon trees were a bonus. Also orange trees, but they were out of season. Comfortable furniture, great decor. The only thing that needs work are the kitchen supplies. A good set of pans, dishes, silverware, and knives would make this house perfect! Also had no kitchen towels, paper towels or sponges, so we made a trip to the dollar store. Great kitchen and BBQ. This is a classic, beautifully architected home in an old-hollywood style neighborhood. Super fun to walk around the neighborhood or ride the bike.

"We couldn't have asked for more!"

My family came to California to celebrate my son's high school graduation, so I hosted them all at the Galvan Estate. This was not just a place to stay, or a place to gather, or a place to lay our heads before heading out for something fun to do. Being at the Galvan Estate IS fun AND relaxing. This was a wonderful vacation just 1.5 hours from home. Arnold, the owner, and Marvin, the property manager, were both very professional, very nice, very accommodating, and easy to work with. Everything and more is provided at the property and everything is top of the line. I spoke with one other property manager before choosing the Galvan Estate, and I did not go with her because she was not very pleasant to work with. Booking with Arnold is a breeze and enjoying his property is even more of a breeze. We've been spoiled and now we don't want to go anywhere else. We're already talking about going back next year. This property is highly recommended.
"THE PERFECT GETAWAY"
Left on 06/08/2015 for a stay in May 2015
Never quite knowing exactly what to expect when booking a private home rather than a hotel, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The location couldn't have been better--close to downtown Palm Springs and its shops and restaurants, but tucked away in a quiet area. The condo is a nice, spacious corner unit with separate patio spaces off the living room and master bedroom. It's very convenient to the tennis courts and swimming pool, yet quiet even with only the screen door closed. The unit was clean, well-appointed and the amenities were plentiful--comfortable furnishings, updated appliances and all the supplies we needed--truly a "home away from home." We loved it and hope to return soon.
