Description
One bedroom cottage in the rural village of Luncarty, not far from Perth. Great location for exploring Perth and surrounding area.
South facing sun room with view of the River Tay. Two minute walk downhill to River Tay where you can walk in either direction.
Gravelled area large enough to park two cars. Garden is private to cottage but residents of No 8 are permitted to use the path to their cottage. Garden is not fully enclosed. Large decked area at the side of the house is ideal for al fresco dining etc and is quite secluded.
Sleeps up to 4 people, king size bed in bedroom and a double sofa bed in the livingroom.
Well behaved pets are welcome but please not on the furniture.

“Fab Short Break”
If your looking for a value for money short break, look no further than ‘Heather Cottage’. Clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Good walking and things to do in the surrounding area. Highly recommend.

“Great for a peaceful break”
Heather cottage has everything that you will need for your stay very cosy and well stocked. Lovely comfortable rooms plenty of space inside and everything was immaculately clean. Great WiFi if you need it, tv and even a Xbox to use. Good car parking outside. Overall heather cottage is a great place for a peaceful break, would definitely return again.
