Posizione panoramica sulla Val d'Orcia e sulla città di Pienza. Antico casale in pietra situato in posizione molto panoramica, all'interno del Parco Artistico Naturale della Val d'Orcia. A 2 km si trova la rinomata cittadina Rinascimentale di Pienza che diede i natali a Papa Pio II e dichiarata dall'Unesco patrimonio mondiale dell'umanità per l'importanza dei suoi monumenti e del suo assetto urbano. A breve distanza si trovano rinomati paesi, tra cui, Monticchiello 2 km, Montepulciano 12 km, Montalcino 25 km e centri termali dove poter effettuare trattamenti per rigenerare animo e corpo come Bagno Vignoni e Chianciano Terme. L'azienda agricola e l'antico casale. L'Azienda con circa 35 ettari di terreno produce cereali, dell'ottimo olio extra-vergine di oliva che sarà possibile acquistare sul posto, ed altri prodotti tipici locali quali: vino, marmellate ecc. Il casale che mantiene perfettamente conservati i basamenti a scarpa dei muri perimetrali, i pavimenti in pietra ed i travi in legno, è arredato con uno stile sobrio ed essenziale con originali mobili antichi. I proprietari sempre disponibili e discreti vivono in un casale a duecento metri di distanza. Piscina con vista sulle colline e spazi esterni. A disposizione e per l'uso esclusivo degli ospiti la bella piscina (dim. 5x10 - profondità 1,50 m. completamente recintata - aperta dal 01 Maggio al 30 Settembre) il barbecue ed il forno a legna ed un caratteristico gazebo ideale per mangiare all'aperto ed ammirare il panorama delle dolci colline della Val d'Orcia. Possibilità di noleggiare mountain bike. Il casolare Fonte all'Oppio è diviso in 4 unità abitative ed è particolarmente adatto per ospitare più nuclei familiari che vogliono trascorrere insieme le vacanze pur mantenendo la loro privacy. Adattandosi alla morfologia del terreno la casa è articolata su più livelli collegati tra loro da alcuni gradini. PIANO TERRA: con ingresso dal cortile interno ampio soggiorno-pranzo con camino ed angolo cottura (dove potersi riunire per mangiare insieme), camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia; con ingresso indipendente soggiorno-pranzo con piccolo angolo cottura e camino, bagno con vasca, salendo al piano primo con una scala interna si accede ad una camera matrimoniale e ad una camera con letto singolo. Con ingresso indipendente al piano terra soggiorno-pranzo con piccolo angolo cottura e camino, bagno con doccia, salendo al piano primo con una scala interna si trovano una camera matrimoniale, una piccola stanza con letto matrimoniale ed un bagno di servizio (lavandino e wc).
