Surrounded by nature this beautiful villa with its own pool is located in short 15 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica , Playa Avellanas.Renovated in 2016 ,Casa Oasis Avellanas features four large air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own bath , Fully equipped open concept kitchen, living room with flatscreen TV , DVD and Wifi. There is a 5th bathroom on the main floor in the breezeway.

Sleeping for 8 adults and 2 kids.

Playa Avellanas is a surfers dream with uncrowded waves all year long. There are 5 surf breaks along this beach, with many areas for safe swimming as well. Children will enjoy exploring the many tide pools visible at low tide.

The beach town of Tamarindo with its many stores and restaurants is located within 15 minutes drive. Wake up to the sounds of nature in this totally private one of a kind Villa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pam (the owner) a message.

If Pam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
