Description

(Special Covid 19 Information: The changeover day situation has changed. I allow at least 30 hours in between visitors to allow for more extensive cleaning and ventilation to ensure a Virus-free Holiday!)

This well equipped apartment is 5 minutes walk from the sea and close to the golf course, woods, parks and local shops. Situated in a quieter part of Weston - super - Mare, the apartment is less than a mile from the town centre. If you don't fancy walking you can always pop round the corner for a bus.

It sleeps 1-6 visitors and prices per week start from £295. (See rates for details of tariffs - Contact us directly if you are planning an off season visit.) Bookings are available all year round.

We include the use of bedding and towels. The accommodation includes an 18' lounge with a TV, and DVD player, a separate dining room, a bathroom and separate shower room. There is also a kitchen/breakfast room.

The price is inclusive - none of those coin operated meters! There is also WIFI available for your convenience.

We also include a 'Goody Bag' to welcome you to our family run establishment.

The apartment is on the ground floor and apart from a step down into the kitchen it is all on the same level. There is off street parking for one vehicle and there is also on street parking which at the present time is not being charged for by the local council! Children are welcome and there is a high chair available in the apartment if appropriate. (I could also get a travel cot if you needed one too)

Getting around

There is a bus stop around the corner where you can catch buses to Brean and Burnham-on-sea in one direction and in the other a ride down to the town. The centre is a pleasant 20-30 minutes walk away either down the Promenade or via Clarence Park. Once in town you can take a double-decker to Bristol or a trip to Axbridge, Cheddar or Wells

I will meet you at the apartment to welcome you, give you the keys and show you how everything works. When you leave I will pop up to wish you a safe return and collect the keys. During your stay you can of course get in touch for any queries or concerns that you may have.

“Great apartment, great location”

Stayed for a winter break and Xmas/ New Year to meet up with family. Apartment was large, extremely clean and well appointed and very comfortable for 6. Location was excellent. Close to local shops and not too far from town centre. Very close to beach and would imagine a great place to stay with young children during summer months. Marie was extremely helpful and a wonderful host. A private parking space was a real bonus and we thoroughly enjoyed every day of our stay, even though it rained more often than not. It was winter in Bristol after all.

Like many towns up and down the country Weston has lost some of its pubs but a 15 minute walk is not so bad especially whilst you are in a pleasant holiday mood and the weather is kind. If you like walking, the promenade can be a great way to walk into town or jump on a bus if preferred. Many thanks again for your review.
