Clarian Holiday Apartment is located in Ilfracombe, North Devon, this beautiful third floor, privately owned apartment, situated in a grade II listed Georgian terrace has far reaching views across the sea and town beyond. Clarian is a Visit Britain inspected, 4 star rated property so you can be assured of our excellent standards. It has 2 bedrooms, and can sleep up to four people. It has comfortable furnishings, fixtures and fittings and is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay. Clarian may be unsuitable for people with mobility problems due to the stairs leading from the car park to the apartment.
Just a few minutes stroll from the apartment; you will find the harbour, theatre, tunnels beaches and a wide variety of shops and restaurants including the artist Damien Hirst's restaurant 'The Quay'. Clarian is ideally located for beach lovers and surfers. In just a 10 minute drive you can be enjoying the golden sandy beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde. With Ilfracombe being situated on the outskirts of Exmoor National Park it also makes the ideal base for keen walkers of all levels and the nearby Tarka Trail offers over 180 miles of breathtaking scenery for both walkers and cyclists alike!

“What a view.”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it was a good venue to explore the area. The apartment was very nice. My only reservation is the final staircase could have done with a grab rail at the top left and the toilet brush has seen better days. That apart it was very good
