All'interno di una tenuta di 200 ha. di boschi, campi, vigneti e oliveti si trova l'antico complesso di Villa Avanella, comprendente la tradizionale villa signorile di campagna composta da due grandi appartamenti, il caratteristico Fienile e, a circa 150 mt ci sono altri n. 4 appartamenti. Tutto il complesso è stato ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche architettoniche degli edifici ed è stato recintato lungo il proprio perimetro. Gli edifici sono arredati con lo stile classico delle ville toscane. All'esterno degli edifici gli ospiti possono usufruire del giardino attrezzato, della piscina di mt. 10 x 20, situata vicino alla Villa e al Fienile, di 2 barbecue in muratura e della lavanderia. Parcheggio privato. Il complesso di Villa Avanella è situata in una grande proprietà privata ricca di selvaggina, fagiani, caprioli, lepri, conigli selvatici, con un grande lago, dove gli ospiti possono fare delle bellissime passeggiate nella campagna toscana.
Su prenotazione e senza alcun costo, si possono organizzare passeggiate con accompagnatore.

L'appartamento Villa Avanella 1 è situato al primo piano della Villa e vi si accede grazie a due ingressi indipendenti; pavimento in cotto e soffitti con travi in legno; 4 camere matrimoniali (una con letto singolo aggiunto), 2 camere doppie collegate da scala in legno (con 5 letti singoli in totale), soggiorno con camino in pietra, grande cucina, lavastoviglie, 4 bagni con doccia, TV SAT. Internet free: area attrezzata nel giardino davanti alla Villa.
In Tuscany, in the Chianti area, near Florence and Siena, the ancient complex of Villa Avanella is situated in a 200 hectares estate of woods, fields, vineyards and olive-groves. It includes the traditional Tuscan refined country villa, the typical Tuscan barn and, 150 mt away, the old Tuscan country schools, which have been transformed into 4 apartments. The buildings have been renovated respecting all the original architectural characteristics and have been fenced along their boundaries. The apartments are furnished in the style of the typical Tuscan country villas. A large garden provides ample space for dining outside. There is swimming pools - ( 10 x 20 mt.), situated near the Villa and the Barn; two wall barbecues and a laundry, are at guest's disposal. Villa Avanella is located in a large private lodge with many pheasants, deers, hears, rabbits. There is a large lake. Guests can have long walk in the natural fields of Tuscany countryside. By reservation we can arrange for you guided walks at no charge
