For non-smokers and maximum of two people only at all times, no pets, no parties.
This wonderful bright one bedroomed apartment with location to match in The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, central London. Two minutes walk from Earls Court Underground Station (Metro) in zone 1, where you can get the Picadilly line to Heathrow Airport (40 minutes) or Piccadilly Circus (15 minutes). The District line at Earls Court or West Brompton Station. Bus routes are easily access nearby.
Super fast Wifi from a 100mbps fibre optic connection. Enjoy free and unlimited usage, during your stay.
The apartment is situated on the top (Floor: 3). Transportation near the apartment: Bus, Train and Metro: Earls Court. 3 minutes walk (Piccadilly & district lines), West Brompton, 2 minutes walk.

Also Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are great places to laze around or to go jogging. Car hire is available within walking distance, on street pay & display parking available.
No pets, no parties, no smokers or smoking (smoke alarms).
Check ins at 2pm and check outs at 11am.
End cleaning is included, but the property should still be left in reasonable condition with all you belongings and rubbish removed.

“lots of natural light”
I booked the apartment at short notice and Peter was very helpful. He met and was very kind to explain everything and even showed me a few landmarks in the local area. The apartment has lots of natural light and free from noise, with great views. The bed is very comfy, I believe its a memory foam mattress. There is Air con, but I didn't need that in December. The central heating worked very well. Peter went beyond to make me feel welcome and even left some chocolates.
