A building of 7 Luxury 1 bedroom flats with 2 LCDs, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, and free internet!

Only 12 minutes by direct Jubilee line to Oxford st.

Numerous Bus routes within 2 minutes walking distance.

Bank,Supermarket,fast food restaurants all within 5 minutes walking.

A warm & cosy flat with all the facilities, totally refurbished.

Excellent train and bus links to all parts of London, large Sainsburys supermarket 5 minutes walk away, as well as all manner of local shops, fast food, bank, post office and cinema all 2 minutes away by foot.

The building has 7 very similar apartments,all with the same facilities.

Both buses and Trains are very close,and there is a 24 hour bus to the center of town,which works 24 hours a day. The Trains also work 24/7 on the weekends.

The area is a safe middle class area in North West London,and has all the local shops,Bank,Post office,Supermarkets etc....
Parties are strictly forbidden and guests who dont abide by this will be evicted and sued for breach of contract!
1 dog allowed at an extra charge of 25 pounds per stay,up to 15 kilos weight!

“Perfect small flat for a group of friends”

The location is great, really close to the subway and quite a few nice places for groceries. Not that far from the center of London either. It was a great stay.

The apartment was OK, we had heat and warm water, public transport is close. Kitchen equipment is basic, couches are visibly used. Host is available, had quick responds, thank you for that.

“Very clean and nice”

We found the apartment very nice, very clean, full of all optinals (Microwave, washing machine, plate x cook, soaps, bed linen and towels, even toilet paper). We stayed there for a week and the owner went to clean the apartment during our staying there. The only problem is that we think that tha apartment is quite small for 6 person. It's better to stay there in 4 person. The apartment was all new and the bathroom had been redone recently

How do damage deposits work?

If Johnny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
