Description

Upham Park road is a delightful tree-lined road moments away from Chiswick High Road and Turnham Green Terrace. The spacious apartment is situated on the first and second floors of an old Victorian town house, with high ceilings and contemporary furnishings. Chiswick is one of London's most desirable suburbs. Available for LONGER LETS at Kensington Property Management.

The Turnham Green underground station is a two-minute walk away from the apartment, and is just 30 minutes from Heathrow station on the fast train, and less than half an hour from the West End.

On the first floor there is a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with seating for six, and a comfortable living room with deep sofas, and a seagrass carpet. There is a widescreen TV in the sitting room with all the Freeview channels, an iPod docking station and Wi-Fi broadband access.

The property is cleaned weekly, and there is a washing machine available. Upham Park Road has three well-proportioned bedrooms, one with king size bed, the second with two single beds, and the third with another single. There is plenty of storage space.

There is a brand new beautiful second bathroom with travertine tiling and modern bath and shower, and plenty of hot water. Towels and bed linen are provided.

You will be right next to Chiswick Common, a leafy playground for children, and the world famous Kew Gardens are also nearby.Turnham Green is a paradise of independent boutiques, offbeat stores and cafes. Chiswick High Road is also flanked with many a fine pub and restaurant – sample some stunning homemade ice cream, grab a pizza or dine in style at Michelin starred La Trompette.

How do damage deposits work?
