Description
The various buildings which constitute the farm shape a small village Caiano "village" set around the old garden.
The buildings are independent and offer different living quarters in the uncontaminated landscape: modern appliances combined with pieces of antique furniture for a most comfortable and enjoyable stay.
sleeps 4 + 1 2 bathroom with shower, ample kitchen room The Villa is a three storey building of the beginning of the nineties; since it was built as residence of the owners it has more refined finishing as compared with the former agricultural buildings.
The apartment is on the ground floor directly leading into the historic garden and the fountain through the ample entrance which is also used as a studio.
In the living room with marble fireplace the paintings of the ancestors retrace the history of the family.
One master bedroom with fireplace and one with twin beds adorned with a bas-relief of the Madonna.
Period furniture the SWIMMING POOL Set among the olive and fruit trees Once a reservoir for watering the fields now it's been turned into a modern swimming pool.
We have decided to turn the old reservoir into a modern swimming pool respecting the shape in order to preserve the landscape and also to maintain contact from the past to the present use
