Description

Little Brecon is a situated conveniently on the edge of the new South Downs National Park, within an 8 minute walk to the beach and 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre of Seaford.

The newly decorated accommodation is spacious and light with great views towards Seaford Head and the golf course. Little Brecon is attached to our house but is completely separate with its own very sunny south facing patio.

It is an ideal location for those wishing to enjoy outstanding scenery - the sea and the Downs and yet with excellent transport links to Eastbourne, Brighton and Lewes.

Getting around

Excellent transport links; buses to Brighton, Newhaven and Eastbourne every 10 minutes and trains to Lewes, London, Hastings. Why not walk to Eastbourne over the Seven Sisters from house and then catch the bus back.

Just had a womderfulweek staying at Little Brecon in Seaford. The apartment was lovely very roomy well maintained an ideal place for a much needed break. The owners who live in the adjoining house were great too very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Little Brecon to anyone who needs to recharge in a quiet and beautiful place.

“Perfect Accommodation”

Had the most wonderful stay at this condo situated on outskirts of Seaford, East Sussex. Location overlooking golf course & walking area near seven sisters. It’s was incredibly peaceful & very idyllic. Full amenities within walking distance, lots of specialist cafes, bars & small shops. Long clean beach very close by. Seaford has little station connecting to Newhaven, Lewes & Brighton. The property was one of the nicest I have stayed in. Spacious, clean & was actually like a proper little house. Good sized living area with through dining area. Lovely fitted kitchen with all white goods & more. This follows through to an inner hallway leading onto bathroom & 2 large bedrooms with ample storage space both of which overlook the hosts garden. Full central heating which we could use as needed. All in all perfect & I would not hesitate to return or recommend. In fact we joked could move in & not go home! However, must finish by saying our host Jacki was so very welcoming & helpful. We arrived on 23 Dec, she had left us milk, tea, coffee in case we hadn’t got to the shops. Plus a Christmas card. Jacki talked us through where things were & was more than happy to be of help if we needed it. She left plenty of information for us to recheck later. As she lives next door gave us peace of mind that if at that time of year something went wrong we could get it resolved. All in all we were extremely happy & hope to go back at some stage. Jacki is one of the nicest hosts we have come across & we have travelled extensively.
