Barn Owl Cottage is a superb 3 bedroom home perfect for a break at any time of year.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king-size, four-poster bed and en-suite shower room, with it's own 32" LCD tv. There is also a comfortable single bedroom and a separate WC.
Downstairs you will find a fabulous fully fitted oak kitchen/dining room, which is well equipped with every facility you would expect, including an lcd tv. Wander into the lounge and a lovely stone fireplace, woodburner, 42" LED widescreen television, DVD, and CD Hi-Fi will greet you. There is also a beautiful twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and overbath shower.
Fully fitted and furnished to an extremely high standard throughout, Barn Owl Cottage offers everything for discerning guests and has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5 in complete comfort.

There is a lovely four-poster bed in the master bedroom, perfect for romantic breaks and honeymoons.

There is a children's adventure playground onsite, with trampolines, swings and climbing frame. A range of quality new mountain bikes, adults, teenagers and child's, have now been added, cycle from Barn Owl and join the famous nearby Tarka Trail - the 180 mile dedicated scenic cycling and walking route.

“Perfect farm stay close to everything”
What a hidden gem! We stayed for 10 days and could not have been more impressed by everything from the welcome to the facilities and cottage. We used the pool every day, played the games room, enjoyed looking round the farm and had a play in the playground when the weather allowed. Barn Owl Cottage was perfect for our needs, beautifully decorated, a typical farm cottage with a real home feel and we will definitely come again :)
