Response from the manager Thank you for your review - we're so pleased you had a great weekend at Rock. We have had a look at the shower pressure and it seems there was an issue with a partially blocked filter which caused it to be low during your stay. We have now rectified this. Rock is indeed set in an idyllic location and therefore part of the route to the house is single track - there is another house accessed from the lane and the local farmer uses it as well on his quad bike, so whilst very quiet, there is the odd other vehicle. We hope to see again sometime!

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
