This stunning garden level sea-facing apartment offers you spacious 4 bedroom self catering holiday accommodation. With it's own private courtyard, patio, outdoor 6 person hot tub and all bedrooms en-suite this luxury apartment will provide a comfortable and stress free holiday destination.

Your holiday accommodation consists of:

Master Bedroom

With pillow top superking size double bed, a large walk in shower, guest bed (to sleep up to 1-2 children) and view to private courtyard.

Bedroom 2

With pillow top twin beds, corner spa bath with shower, direct access to private patio and hot tub, offering views to private patio and sea.

Bedroom 3

With king Size pillow top Double bed, en-suite with corner shower and view to private patio and sea.

Bedroom 4

With king size pillow top double bed, en-suite with corner shower and direct access to private patio and hot tub.

Lounge Diner

A large area with double bed settee option for sleeping an additional 1-2 people. Large bay window offering breathtaking views of the sea and your own private patio. From here you have access to your own private patio and 6 person hot tub.

Kitchen

A large kitchen area adjacent to the lounge that includes dishwasher, combined washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, gas hob, gas oven and microwave

Communal Area

From your private patio you have direct access to the shared lawned garden which includes childrens play area and benches.

The Mountbatten Garden Apartment in Shanklin Villa is part of the family run Garden Isle Hotels, a local company with over 20 years experience on the Isle of Wight. Guests of Shanklin Villa have unlimited free use of the indoor and outdoor leisure facilities at the nearby Luccombe Hotels.

The outdoor facilities of both hotels share a stunning 4 acre clifftop location and can be accessed from either Luccombe Hall Hotel or Luccombe Manor Hotel.

Both hotels have an ample on site car parking or you may prefer to walk as it is just a short stroll from Shanklin Villa.

Getting around

The apartment is located a 5 minute walk from the nearest bus route travelling to either Sandown or Ventnor. The main bus station is located in the centre of Shanklin offering connections to other destinations on the Island and is also approximately a 5 minute walk from the apartment building. Shanklin Train Station is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and from here you can catch a train to Lake, Sandown, Brading, Smallbrook Junction, Ryde St Johns, Ryde Esplanade and Ryde Pier Head.
