Description

10 Rudd Lake is a caravan located on one of Tattershall most popular areas on the site, close to the castle, amenities, waterski lake and fishing.

It includes 3 bedrooms; a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite, two twin bedroom and a double pull out bed in the lounge.

The front decking area has a hot tub sunk into the decking.

Plus you have your own private fishing peg fees paid for the year, the peg can be accessed from the decking

Out and About

The site is located with good access to the coast for Skegness or inland for Horncastle with its fantastic antique shops. Boston Spa and Lincoln a short drive away. The local villages of Tattershall and Conningsby have lots of amenities such as supermarkets restaurants and takeaways and the local pub and restaurant Tattershall Park is adjacent to the site. meaning dusk until dawn fishing all year round. You must have your own fishing licence from the Post Office to use the peg.

WE HAVE NOW INTRODUCED AN UNLIMITED INDEPENDENT WIFI PACKAGE TO 10 RUDD LAKE YOU WILL ALSO HAVE ACCESS TO NETFLIX SO YOU CAN SIT BACK AND RELAX ,WHILE CACHING UP ON SOME GREAT MOVIES we are one of a very few to offer this service on Tattershall . (Please not WiFi Signal can vary, we cannot be held responsible for a drop in the signal)

The caravan has a fully equipped kitchen and has full gas central heating .

1 well behaved dog welcome. A second dog is allowed but is a £30 extra charge. All dogs regardless of the number must be agreed in advance of arriving at the accommodation and can’t be agreed on the day. Damages from pets will be charged, they are not allowed in the bedrooms and must not be left unattended unless in a crate.

Please note open lakes and fenced veranda close to lake edge children must be supervised at all times when outside enclosed decking!

Tattershall Lakes Country Park requires you to purchase activity passes if you wish to access some of their facilities i.e. Evening entertainment, Swimming Pool, Sauna, Gym etc. These are purchased through ourself and must be agreed 5 days prior to visiting the site. Please message us for the price for you stay, they have raised this year which is out of our control unfortunately, but if you message us we can inform you of the price.

Please Note RAF Coningsby is nearby so there may be some associated noise at times, but there is some great fly pasts to watch which many guests love!

Response from the owner Good Afternoon Thankyou for leaving a review on our page Firstly, when you arrived at our property and I showed you round, I said if there are any problems at all please give me a ring ASAP regardless of the time as I am 2 minutes around the corner and I can sort whatever problems there are immediately. You decided not to take me up on this and didn't raise the problem until you got home on a message. In regards to the ants, our cleaners had been in on the Friday prior to your arrival and when contacting them they didn't see any, and also on your departure. We are not disputing that you didn't experience any, but this can happen, if you would have told us we could have come with traps and got an external party in to dispose of them. We made sure we did this and the next guests didn't have this problem, We maintain the Hot Tubs and use testing strips to ensure they are kept up to this highest possible standards, again if you could have let me know you felt this was too high I could have looked at adapting the chlorine to suit your preferences. You then told me that I didn't come to check on this, I try and go early in the morning when this is not in use, as I don't want to interrupt the guests holiday where I don't have to and I am then on hand only if the guest need me. On this occasion I was round at 9:15am on this occasion. We did not want to dispute your claims, on your message to us, you said "If we don't come back to you and resolve the situation you would then go to Trip Advisor and leave a bad review". As you can see, we have 30 Reviews and apart from this one they are all 5* Reviews. We pride ourself on giving the best possible service to our guests being round the corner and going the extra mile for them where we can. We are happy to answer any further questions on this Ray
