Podere Casalsole is surrounded by over 20 hectares of forest where you can take a leisurely stroll or an bosco excursion by mountain bike along paths bordered with oaks and holm oaks that will take you into total fusion with nature.
Holiday Home Podere Casalsole is located in Gambassi Terme.
Lo Strettoio is a two floor apartment of 80 sq.m. On the ground floor there are a large kitchen and living room, two seaters sofa-bed, TV, bathroom with WC, bidet and shower.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms: a double bedroom with bathroom (WC, bidet, shower), a bedroom with large single bed (french bed), second bathroom with WC, bidet and shower.
Autonomous heating and air conditionig.
There's a pool surrounded by the beautiful famous hills of Tuscany and a breathtaking view of the medieval town piscina of Certaldo Alto.
This holiday home is 45 km from Peretola Airport (Firenze) and 60 km from Galilei Airport (Pisa). Shop 3 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 3 km, railway station "Certaldo" 3 km. Tennis 3 km.

“Beautiful property ideally situated for exploring central Tuscany”
Beautiful property on a working farm ideally situated for exploring Tuscany and visiting the main cities of Pisa, Siena, Florence and the surrounding area. A car is essential as the property is quite a walk from local amenities. The property was very well presented with good quality fixtures, fittings and appliances. The spacious interior was decorated in a classic Tuscan style with a homely feel and was spotlessly clean. The property has internal steps (including the ground floor bathroom which is small) so may not be suitable for people with restricted mobility. The gardens and pool area are well maintained and with plenty of outdoor furniture. The pool was lovely and a decent size but may not be suitable for very young children as it is quite deep. As there are only three rentals on site, it is possible to have the pool completely to yourselves which is a bonus. The owners are on hand if you need them but not intrusive, although the farm cat and dog did visit a few times and made themselves at home! An unexpected surprise was being given a homemade marmalade tart from owner Gina and the bakery van which calls each morning bringing bread to your front door. If we had to make just one criticism it would be that one of our family found the beds quite firm. But all in all we had a great stay and would highly recommend this property. Thank you to Gina and the family. Rachel, Ian and Jack from the U.K.
