Description
Hemphaye cottage is centrally heated and has been furnished and decorated to a high standard, personally maintained by the owners and kept spotlessly clean.
Open all year, Sidmouth's mild climate makes the cottage an ideal choice both for Summer holidays and for Winter and Autumn breaks.
Since opening in April 2000, all our guests have been surprised and delighted with the size and luxury of the accommodation. In fact, one of our guests has written in the visitors' book “What a delightful place. Our immediate reaction after unpacking was 'Holiday Cottage! We could live here'. Everything is very well thought out and provided.”

“Homely,comfortable,scrupulously clean and convenient to beach,very helpful owners”
Ideal location for sidmouth where there is plenty to see and do or simply relax. Cottage was ideal for 3 adults and 2 children under 8. Very comfortable with all one would ask for. Owners are particularly helpful. In these days of Covid pandemic they were particularly keen to ensure everything was clean with good instructions on how to handle this extraordinary situation.

We can only park one car per cottage as the spare spaces are for the salon's clients and staff. As there is free parking in Seafield road we encourage guests with extra cars to take any space available in the road especially in the evening when the road empties.
