Description
The property consists of a large, comfortably furnished, open-plan living room/double bedroom, with sliding doors leading to the enclosed patio with garden furniture. On the upper level is the kitchen area with breakfast bar, a separate modern tiled walk-in shower and loo, and a small hallway with entrance door. Rosan "The Annexe" is a comfortable and private self contained apartment in a quiet part of beautiful and historic Lyme Regis, just a few minutes walk from the sea and the famous "Cobb" harbour, or the magnificent surrounding countryside.
The bed will be made up with sheets, Duvet cover , pillows etc.
Towels are also provided and tea towel. Just bring yourselves.

Response from the owner Thankyou for your comment,we try to our best to make guests comfortable and relaxed. Guests like the fact that they are able to park and not having to pay expensive car parking charges in the town. The town bus also stops outside,which is handy.

We think it’s nice to have parking and the town bus stops outside,but there’s a level walk by the river through the old part of the town to the sea front Just to add the Annexe is of traditional construction,not a caravan. However I am glad you enjoyed your stay and are welcome to stay with us again.

“Convenient place to stay”
We stayed for three days whilst walking Seaton to West Bay on the SW coast path. The annexe is comfortable and well equipped and we enjoyed the opportunity to self cater in these COVID times.
