Avonview Studio Flat is ideal for the couple looking for a countrytside retreat with easy access to all that the Midlands can offer.

A peaceful and picturesque studio flat awaits you and your partner just outside Coventry. Stroll down and sit next to the river, watch the ducks, swans, mallards and other wildlife or grab your rod and reel for an afternoon of casting in the river next to the flat. Enjoy the abundance of nature right outside your door while you reconnect with your partner and take life at a slower pace.

The Studio Flat is newly built and is on the first floor overlooking the river and gardens. It has its own entrance, balcony and parking and features a spacious room with full sized pull-down double bed designed for daily use, breakfast bar, microwave, small stove, oven, washing machine/dryer, refrigerator, free WiFi, TV including FreeSat, DVD player, radio, shower, separate WC, balcony with table and chairs, leather sofa, bedding, towels, cutlery, crockery, cooking and cleaning materials.

Getting away for a relaxing weekend or extended vacation has never been easier and our rates are very affordable. The owner and cleaner live nearby and are always available to help. It is suitable for a baby, cot and high chair can be provided, but not for children or dogs. Rental prices are seasonal and there are special weekly and monthly prices. Thank you Ann. Total peace and quiet. Owners on hand but not at all intrusive. Everything you need in apartment. Most fabulous food at Royal Oak across the road. Didn't want to leave. Many thanks
